Hi everyone, I bought this in 2013. I used to have a brevel. They pass steam rings. I knew this, I had an ESP8xl that lasted 7 years of daily use. He would eat the steam ring (which seals the cup you pour coffee into) every year or so. This unit is the same and blew the steam ring last year. I ordered 2 steam rings last year. Well, Breville's support got to the bottom. They were detained for 3 weeks. Then when they finally sent one, they only sent one. I have sent an E-Mail. No steam ring. Note that nobody else has one. I blew another steam ring at the end of January. I wrote and complained about the lost steam ring and tried to order 2 more. It's been almost 6 weeks and now it's being shipped. If you love a latte or espresso every morning, I have to recommend looking elsewhere. Because when the steam rings run out, and they do, you'll be idle for months. If I run out of vapor rings I will most likely find a product with better support. Other news. My original purchase was in 2013 with almost daily use. The head in which the cup is locked warns. I found the part number and tried to order a new one. Some of them are not sold. They want me to spend about $200 to fix it. It's the end of the line for Breville unless they sell parts to fix it.
