For some reason I wanted to return this item before my 30 days were up. My husband, who doesn't drink espresso, persuaded me to keep it because he knows I love espresso. Hi everyone, I bought this in 2013. I used to have a brevel. They pass steam rings. I knew this, I had an ESP8xl that lasted 7 years of daily use. He would eat the steam ring (which seals the cup you pour coffee into) every year or so. This unit is the same and blew the steam ring last year. I ordered 2 steam rings last year. Well, Breville's support got to the bottom. They were detained for 3 weeks. Then when they finally sent one, they only sent one. I have sent an E-Mail. No steam ring. Note

A small piece of hose or connector broke a few years ago, but a local repair shop who could buy parts from Breville at the time fixed it and it's been a champ ever since.
