Review on ☕ Bonavita BV1900TS: SCA Certified 8 Cup Coffee Maker with Thermal Carafe - Effortless One-Touch Pour Over Brewing by Jennifer Miller

The coffee maker is fine, but there are severe microcracks in the clear plastic container in the area next to the coffee basket. I've had this coffee maker since late October '16 and have used it occasionally (I also use instant espresso, french press, tea, etc.). I can't find a link to contact Amazon about this. It's already past the return date, but I think the materials for a $140 coffee maker shouldn't do anything other than perform as they were intended. It seems that whatever material the plastic tank is made of, it can't take the heat of the cooking steam. Microcracks/cracks look like they could lead to future leaks. Revine, help me and contact me.
