The microphone doesn't work at all
I received it for the first time, the microphone works. I sent it back and got a replacement. The second time the microphone didn't work either. I tried it on two different computers and on PS4. I bought another microphone that now works on my computer. Undoubtedly, it was this product's microphone that didn't work on two separate devices.
