We originally bought this mat for the front door but ended up moving it to the door leading to the garage where there is a lot more traffic. I am very impressed that it still looks new. Although we had it not that long ago let me give you an idea of why it surprises me that it still looks brand new and has no nicks, threads, threads or anything else. . We moved to a new location about 2.5 weeks ago. Our fridge was not ordered, but luckily the previous tenant left his small fridge/freezer in the garage. So every time we needed something from the fridge/freezer, every time we needed to bring or take out a box in the garage, every time we needed to bring empty boxes into the garage, run/change laundry (in the Garage). We keep going in and out of this door and the rug takes it like a champ! We also have kettlebells and our bikes in the garage so that we can use them at any time: always on the carpet. I already know which one to take. Hope they have more color options by then!
