Review on VirtualTone by Joseph Morris

The system is easy for me, my staff can use it without any training or support needed! I like that they have different phone lines available so we don't lose productivity if one line goes down.

That said - If you are looking at this solution because of your current need there's no reason not try out their free trial first before committing fully to purchasing software with them (unless its something minor). We were trying other solutions but realized our needs best met in what was offered by virtualtone compared others offerings which did nothing close enough as far customer service / features etc..
