Great Solution and Customer Service

The system is easy for me, my staff can use it without any training or support needed! I like that they have different phone lines available so we don't lose productivity if one line goes down. That said - If you are looking at this solution because of your current need there's no reason not try out their free trial first before committing fully to purchasing software with them (unless its something minor). We were trying other solutions but realized our needs best met in what was offered by…

  • Easy interface
  • Lots more options than competitors.
  • Great tech team behind all issues raised during installation/implementation process when problems arise(like missing emails from installers)
  • Helpful & knowledgeable sales rep helping us navigate through questions about implementation
