The ease of use! It's very easy to create an account for our organization and have everything set up right away. You can upload resumes or apply instantly by filling out their form. I love that we don't need separate software to send emails - just connect with MailChimp. And it also has great integration features like being able to schedule jobs from inside the application itself. Sometimes when you do something wrong (like uploading too many files), there isn’t enough help available outside of emailing support. But they are super quick at responding so not a big deal. Having all of our applications centralized is HUGE time saver as well because now people don't have to search multiple sites for their next job.
