The scale I received first changed the weight measurement by 2-5 grams sometimes, I contacted customer service - they asked for a video and I provided a video I just got from recorded on my cell phone. They agreed this was unacceptable, apologized and asked me if I would like a replacement (free) and/or a refund for the inconvenience. I asked for a replacement and it was sent immediately and I received it within two days. Absolutely free. I didn't even have to return my first purchase. Bella was the customer service rep that helped me and it was the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend trying the scale because if there is a defect or problem with the product, a new one will be sent within two days at no extra charge! Or they will refund the money if that would be preferable. This scale is great. Absolutely worth buying.
