
I like it, but it could be better. However, you can make it "better" yourself fairly easily. First of all, it should be noted that this training board does not come with tips or bags. . . . or frosting. They must be purchased/crafted separately. Second, make sure you're not using a metal spatula to remove the glaze from the slab. This will scratch the board. You can use both a silicone spatula and a plastic spatula. Again. . . .not included. I'm missing that. . . First, they use different tips on the same sheet. It would be far better to use the same advice for all exercises on one sheet. You don't have to change the tips. Second, the "practice" part is only done once or maybe twice. You should have a full sheet of the same type of exercise so you can do it over and over again to become proficient. Of course you can always do this yourself. But an easy way to do this is to make your own practice sheets on the printer so you can create rose by row. Or scan the attached exercise sheets. . . or take a picture. . . and then crop the image. . . then paste it onto the page in Word and print it out. I think it's great that this training board will be at an angel level. Since the sides of the cakes are not "flat," you should train at an angle. Made in China.
