They were much stronger than we expected and our guests couldn't believe they were 'disposable glasses'. After our party everyone throws them in the sink instead of recycling! They're clearly marked as NOT dishwasher safe and I knew that when I bought them, but I'm not a big rule keeper so I checked one on top just out of curiosity. hahaha! (See photo!) It didn't melt, but shrank into a free-form glass goblet in the style of contemporary art. So follow the instructions and hand wash them if you plan to use them again. I'm not usually a fan of "plastic" but will definitely buy them again!
