The ability to have all of our inventory in one place makes everything easier for us from scheduling orders, to shipping orders. It is very easy to use as well which definitely was important when I started working with them. Not much really - it's great! Easy to schedule shipments/orders etc. Very thorough program so if you need details about anything they are there for you. If you're looking for an efficient way to track your inventory then this is perfect. We were able to set up a system where we could quickly see what items we had on hand or needed to purchase through their website. I appreciate the ability to have access to the system via mobile devices, it has helped us greatly during our busy seasons with being able to check inventory levels from anywhere. The software is not user friendly for those that are not familiar with computers. If you are looking for a easy to use system, this may be the one for you. We were able to track our product from origin to destination. This helped to ensure that we had enough stock in each location.
