Bought this fan for my daughter for hot summer days outside. I bought one first and upon receipt I charged it, turned it on and nothing. I sent it back and got a new one thinking the first one was just torn. I get a new one to charge before a family trip. I plug it in to charge and now. it cannot be turned off. Cycles through three different speeds but never turns off. Not sure how it will charge if it's on all the time. I will contact the seller for a refund. I look forward to using it. Big disappointment!
