Do not buy this processor. It's really expensive. I expect good performance, a quality processor and good service, but it doesn't live up to my expectations. It broke 10 days after I used it. Of course my computer wouldn't open. After Googling the problems and taking them to a computer store, it turned out that the processor was broken and there are a lot of defective goods in this product. So far I'm not thrilled but I can still convince myself that I'm just unlucky, even I laugh at why there are so many faulty products in such expensive merchandise. I've tried using the warranty to get a new one or have it fixed, but Intel customer support is ridiculously slow. It's been a month since we reported the issue to them and they are still verifying our information. It took them 4 days to reply to us and tell us what information they need. We immediately sent them the information. It took another 4 days to let us know that one of the information was wrong. We immediately gave them the correct information. This time it took us 10 days to tell us the purchase information is correct, but they need the account holder to authorize the guarantee (why not let us know up front?). A few days have passed since then and we are still waiting for an answer. I don't understand why it takes so many days just to verify the customer information. Shouldn't it be done in 1 day or even 1 hour? I understand that it takes time to reply and communicate between teams, but it still takes too long. In addition, this is an expensive product, for this price it must have the right quality and service.
