We have Pella® designer design windows (integrated mini blinds) at home and have had to change the blinds several times and each time we have the same problem - the cord frayed or snapped. It was always a problem to contact the supplier, to solve this problem. So this time I decided to do it myself and replace the cable. SGT KNOTS Polyester Drawstring Made in USA - (0.9mm x 100m - White) Works great and appears to be a much better quality than the cord used in window manufacture. As with all lines - I advise you to prepare the line before use - cut the desired length plus add 10%, wet the cut piece - tie a small fishing lead to the ends and "shoulders" to give the line a tag allowed to dry long to relax and eliminate any twists and possible shrinkage and/or stretching. I have made 4 blinds this way and they all work great with this quality cord. Thanks to SGT KNOTS.
