I purchased this VERY well done test kit in 2015. I've always made my own using a 12 volt light bulb and 10-14 gauge wire. I can't understand why I didn't get this sooner - after 3 years I found this test kit to be a time saver of the highest order, one of the BEST truck maintenance and repair investments that my mum and I have in our lives are dependent . isolated living here in extreme New Yoming (90 miles from nearest town, no reliable repair shop I can afford). I can't risk my life for "electrical hiccups" on my once-monthly shopping spree. I have a 1986 Ranger and a 1994 GMC K2500), both systems must all work in sync to run at peak efficiency, I have saved countless hours using this test system. If you are a "do-it-yourself mechanic" this kit will save you a lot of time, both hours and sanity. I waited 3 years before posting this review to ensure this set is a long term investment - SUPREME!
