Review on Tetra ReptoFilter Cartridges Whisper Technology by Jill Ramos

These are the cartridges used in my waterfall filter that I have in my 20 gallon turtle tank. I think they work very well! However, the waterfall filter requires two cartridges and I only recently got my hands on it, so when I went to the pet store to buy replacement cartridges and saw that they cost $13 for a box of 3 filters, I knew I should get another one had to buy option. I was thrilled to find them for less than $3 a box! Even though the minimum order is 2 boxes, I still come out on top! I bought 3 boxes for less than I would have paid for just 1 box! Needless to say, the price is great! I was also very happy with their performance. Turtles are very dirty animals, even if they are small like me. Her tank was never even a little cloudy except for the first 2 days after first putting the tank up, but that had nothing to do with the filter, it was new tank syndrome and once the good bacteria developed it became clearly high. and thanks to these filters (and of course cleaning) it stays that way. I was suggested to change the filters every 3 weeks but after a week and a half the cartridges are still working fine. I will evaluate again in 3 weeks. With turtles, the swapping will happen more frequently, but if you have less messy animals or fish, you probably won't need to do this as often. So overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it 💖
