The ability to monitor our 9-1-1 center and dispatch. This is the best we've had with our agency. I would definitely recommend the product to anyone that is looking to monitor a 9-1-1 center or dispatch center. Not much to complain about. Everything works as expected. Nothing in particular. I would definitely say that the user interface can be made simple to use. Make sure you know the software capabilities that you need. This is a good product for any size company. Monitor and maintain a dispatch center. Also have access to the logs. DataWatch911 has been a huge help to our department. It is very easy to use, and it is very reliable. I have had very few issues with this software. There is nothing that I dislike about this program. It is a great program to use. I highly recommend this program. It has helped us so much. We have been able to help with our response times when we are having issues with dispatch. We have been able to help with our overall response times.
