Review on Enhanced Kyocera Revolution Series Black Blade Paring and Santoku Knife Set for Superior Performance by Ryan Reiter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wow! Just wow! These knives are a real find, not just an advertisement!

If you've never worked with a Kyocera ceramic knife before, you're in for a treat. Smooth and easy cutting. Long sharp. Leave those old carbon steel knives in your desk drawer; They will quickly become your favorite knives. Just don't drop them on a granite countertop or open anything with them - they'll break. And don't bother investing in a dedicated honing machine. If a blade becomes dull, which doesn't happen for a long time, simply send it back to Kyocera for sharpening. And if it doesn't need sharpening, leave it alone! I know you're used to varnishing your knives, but with these you don't have to and you can make them worse. I've had these knives for six months now and they are just as cute now as they were the day they arrived. Like a ceramic knife through butter or bread or vegetables or meat or.
