The Barkers software has helped us track our customers, as well as our own business. We love that it gives us access from anywhere in the world, and we are able to work from home. The interface sometimes can be confusing, but not complicated enough to be difficult. The customer service team at Barkers is excellent. They have been extremely helpful with any questions or problems I've had since we started using Barkers. I haven't found anything yet! Barkers provides all of the functions needed for my small business. It keeps me organized, and allows me to run my business online from anywhere.
