I like that it's an easy system that requires little training of users because everyone can understand how it works! You have everything from tickets right through till invoices which makes it very efficient with managing my accounts team. It sometimes freezes or crashes but nothing major as far as functionality goes - just need more RAM/memory space etc so no big problems there really. Great product if you're looking into getting this software. As long as customer service are willing to help out when needed i never had any issues at all using Tick off.
