I love how quick and easy it is to make a tiny plate of tacos with Street Tacos. The thin corn tortillas are a bit brittle, but still delicious. The flour tortillas came out great, and the thin slices of Italian bread were my favorites. I'm sure regular bread will do too. I wonder if a pie crust will do? I haven't tried pancake batter or cornbread or the great recipes in the booklet yet. Using an olive oil spray on both sides was easy and worked well. I spread a thin layer of softened butter on the bread. My first wheat tortilla had a hole in it during baking, but the next one I made pliable in the microwave was perfect. I can never get to the pancake batter. Now, to make soft or poached eggs in my Dash Egg Boiler and turkey sausage in my Dash Fryer, I have breakfast.
