
Seemed like a good camera out of the box. The picture was great and set up was easy. The problem was panning. After entering the presets, the camera did not return to the programmed position. I've factory reset it several times and started over. Same results every time. I found the problem to be in the left-right mechanical function. The camera's teeth could be heard clicking the gear wheel as it rotated. He had saved a preset, but because a tooth was missing it didn't get where it should have. There is no other way to fix this other than spending more money on better hardware, which is what I did.
