The hamburger press and scraper are well made. These are quality parts. I've wanted a hamburger press for a long time (can be used for many things other than hamburgers). Made of stainless steel. It does a great job. I recently used it on a steak that decided to rise in the middle on the grill. That helped. The steak came out evenly browned. It goes great with burgers and bacon. The press has a strong handle that helps with pressing down. After that it is washed clean. The scraper is great for picking up shredded items or when working with bread dough. I am very satisfied with both items. They do their job.
