Review on 🔒 Evapo-Rust Rust-Block: Long-term Rust Protection for Metal, Stays Rust-Free Indoors for 12 Months, 16oz by Marc Zitnik

I have sanded and sharpened my Stanley #4 plane and washed it with warm water. I then sprayed Rust-Block on both surfaces and let it dry. I have stored the iron in a dry place and as you can see from the picture there is NO rust. However, I only recommend it for rust protection while waiting for spray paint or other finishes. Once there is some moisture (even your sweat) on the surface you have essentially removed the protective layer and rust forms very quickly.
