Terrible! The SHARP EDGES on the handle literally cut your fingers when you squeeze them to flush. The long, pointed edge of the handle hangs over the bowl and feels sharp too. The design has you holding the pen at an extreme angle. WTF? Such cheap plastic and horrible design - how does this product even exist? (Yes, this is the recommended model for my toilet) On the plus side, the inside lever seems to be the right length and angle for the chain. Although this low flow champ toilet seems to require you to hold the handle every time you flush. It costs twice as much to buy an official Standard brand pen on their website. Do that.
