Review on Browne 10-Inch Box-Type Grater: Optimal Tool for Efficient Grating by Angela Ryg

I searched, researched and bought the perfect grater. I also looked at expensive microgliders. But to use everything I need I have to buy 4-5 of them! Too expensive. I cook and develop a lot of recipes, so a good grater is a MUST in my kitchen. I'm hesitant to give it a 5 because the lid on the bottom tends to fall off when the grater is tipped for a lever or grate. It doesn't really matter to me as I don't really need it and I usually grate it on a plate or wax paper. A very good buy for the price.
