good: This is a pretty basic mount. It consists of a vertical bar acting on the main beam and two swivel arms, each holding two monitors. The vertical rod can be fixed to the table with a clamp or a screw (included). Assembly and installation is easy and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. It's durable and can hold four monitors weighing at least 15 pounds each. The kit included all the tools needed for assembly. The angles are easily adjusted with an Allen key (supplied). Cons: There is one major downside that is totally unacceptable. The vertical bar, which acts as the main support, consists of two smaller bars that must be screwed into each other. However, the threads don't fit properly. This can cause the top two monitors to fall on the user's face. I found a solution with a pipe clamp (see picture). I had to go to Lowes and buy a pipe clamp and four bolts (at least 2 inches long). The pipe mount greatly increases the strength of the vertical pole to hold the top two monitors. Another possible solution is to use super glue/epoxy or some kind of metal chemistry. Ugliness: I understand this is a budget monitor stand and I'm not deducting points for that part. It is almost impossible to place monitors in a way that eliminates gaps between monitors. So if you're an OCD person who wants all monitors to line up perfectly, you'll be disappointed. It's not a downside to the mount, but the top two monitors can cause neck pain if I have to tilt my head up. Overall I would give this mount five stars if it weren't for the vertical mount. Having to travel to Lowes to purchase a pipe clamp, I'm giving three starts for this monitor mount, especially since not everyone will be able to improvise and solve this problem. If they had included a pipe mount I would have given five stars.
