Excellent Customer Service & Tech Support

We are able to provide our customers an excellent level of service through their entire interaction with one of our providers. I find it very easy to contact them when I'm stuck trying to sort something out that I'm unsure about. They have great technical expertise to be able to sort things such as billing codes etc that may cause confusion sometimes which is great because they really are good at what they do! It's nothing other than the customer experience. If you get great people behind you and support this level of service then your whole company will benefit! Great team of people who provide superb service. I like how easy it was set up at my clinic - we had our first user within minutes! It has been very helpful as far back-end support goes too since all orders are entered into this system daily (and not just once per week). There have also never really any issues or problems encountered thusfar from using their service either!! We were able get started quickly without much hassle which made everyone happy :).

  • The ease in setting everything up, quick response times by staff both online & phone, extremely professional mannerism/attitude throughout every encounter so far for me personally speaking..
