Much Safer Product: Meat Tenderizer
I had a wooden mallet but the handle came off. I put off buying a new one for fear that the juices from the raw meat would seep into the wood and build up bacteria, even though I had cleaned it well. This stealing hammer is great! Easy to clean and don't worry about bacteria. And the head must not fall off the handle.
