This lens is really amazing, can't decide if I like this better or the 24-70 f2.8 Zeiss but they are both really worthy deals allow you to take incredible pictures. If you use the right technique to hold such a heavy lens, you can get sharp photos with beautiful bokeh. This lens is best suited to full-frame cameras, but it delivers excellent image resolution on a crop sensor, just like the A77ii. The only downside I would give this lens is how short the tripod collar is compared to some other offerings. I often set it aside or just put it away because it gets in the way. Bottom line: buy this lens if you have the money. You will not regret it.
