My first thoughts when purchasing this air purifier were: is this a necessary expense? Do you really need an air purifier in your life? Are you just buying it because COVID is a thing and you're home all the time? And to be honest I was kind of 🤷🏻‍♀️ when I bought it. Expect the air filter to look like this. I did as suggested and vacuumed my filter about every two weeks and yes it was dusty but I didn't realize how bad the filter actually looked until I put it back in place. It's next to my brand new filter. I'm now very appreciative of this occasional whim of buying and vaguely afraid of the Air (because? how?), but I think it balances things out. How I use my air purifier: I run it on the highest setting in my room practically 24/7. Personally I don't find it too loud, but I've experimented with other modes before and found them to be pretty quiet if that's what you're worried about. The cleaner has a button to turn it on. It's a fairly light and compact device that makes it easy to move around my room/house. All in all a super solid purchase and I'm very happy with it. After seeing the results, I've definitely convinced myself to get another one for the house. PS The filters are supposed to last around 6-8 months but I read in the Q&A that the replacement icon may appear depending on lead time or how bad the air quality is. I sincerely hope that in my case this is the first, and not the second. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
