The bowls are a great addition but they are not stainless steel. They smell like cheap metal and when I first cleaned them there was a dark ring of dirt under my lip. The knives are very sharp and also a great addition to the set. They are made of higher quality metal than bowls. Also, all the fruits left stains after the first use of the board. I cleaned the board following their instructions but no luck. It's not mold. What should happen in this situation? The board is very sturdy and looks great. This board has VERY great potential and I am very disappointed in my experience. I could still donate a family member. shhh
