Great started fire

Received December 2017. Easy install for anyone with experience setting up a router. And it worked perfectly as advertised. I had no drips as many people have reported. Unfortunately, in July 2018, after 7 months of use, I developed a burning smell. As you can see from the photo, the device began to burn and melt. I have used the outlet for a variety of purposes and have never had a problem. The item was properly connected and was never removed or damaged. It could have burned my house down.
