It all seems cheap and intangible. It connected to our WiFi and then to Alexa with no problems, but the USB ports are low-power. When I connected my tablet and phone to them I was warned that it would charge slowly and that I should use the charger that came with the device. I quickly realized that watching videos with a connected tablet couldn't keep up with the power consumption. So I pulled out the power converters for my devices and plugged them into the standard extension cord plugs. Of course, this defeats the purpose of buying a power strip with USB ports in the first place. I will not buy it again.
