When I first heard that MiiYoung sold reasonably priced and well-made baby goods, I was eager to give them a try. My internet shopping experience with them, however, has been less than satisfying. To begin with, their support staff was slow to respond and even slower to help me resolve the problems I was having with my order. It took days for them to respond to my inquiry about their items. When they did reply, though, it was useless and raised more questions than it answered. In addition, I had a lot of trouble getting my orders on time because of the lengthy shipping delays I encountered. It was infuriating that my order didn't arrive for weeks, especially because I needed the things badly. What's more, the standard of the goods I received was below par. Contrary to the company's claims of providing high-quality items, the materials used in the baby carrier wrap I ordered were flimsy and uncomfortable for my infant. Unfortunately, shopping at MiiYoung's virtual storefront was a negative experience for me. I was dissatisfied with my purchase because of the unhelpful customer service staff, the long shipping times, and the poor quality of the goods I received. If you are seeking for safe and high-quality items for your children, I suggest going elsewhere.
