Wireless connection problems

This device was unable to find multiple wireless access points and its alternate wireless setup process is not much more reliable. But the worst thing is that once the device comes out of sleep mode, you have to reconfigure the wireless network. This means you'll have to contend with all of its wireless shortcomings every time it wakes from sleep. And there are no configuration options to keep the network interface awake. I returned it. I'm frustrated because I love their scanner software, but I can't spend 10 minutes setting up my wireless network every time I need to scan.
