While this works as advertised, be aware that the hardware provided will not work as advertised on high end bikes. As the owner of several expensive bikes (I bought this for one of my Cervelo rides) I can tell you that expensive bikes don't typically use 5mm bolts. They use 6mm screws. However, I was willing to try it because it's the only phone mount I could find that mounts on the front. When I got the bracket I quickly drilled holes for the posts to make them wide enough for the 6mm screws. I went to the hardware store and bought 6mm screws that were long enough (1.5 inches) and from there everything fitted perfectly and the mount works great. In addition, the mount works with my Garmin bike computer when I ride outside (I only use my phone when I ride the machine inside). So if you have the tools and the patience to spend a few minutes with this phone mount, I say go for it. Otherwise this might not be for you.
