When my fuel door wouldn't close anymore, I went to YouTube to see what I should do. I have found several videos showing how to fix the spring in the movement rather than buying an "expensive" replacement. So I followed these steps (including drilling and screwing in) and fixed it. But it was pure pain! A year later the door broke again, but this time I decided to just look at the new part. Luckily I searched here on Revain and found this. Are you kidding? A brand new home at this price?! Eat clear! I swapped out the old one for a new one in 15 minutes, no issues with fit and functionality. The door is back to normal and I couldn't be happier. I wish I knew beforehand.
