Very misleading description
This turns an OBD 2 DLC truck into a 9-pin cable scanner, not the other way around. The description is very confusing and does not clarify. Why you would want to convert OBD 2 to 9 pin I will never know as 99.9% of all scan tools plug into the OBD 2 connector. To use this you must have a scanner that plugs into a 9 pin pin connector and a truck with a 16-pin connector.
