Review on Cimacon metaBI by Besim Kahsar

The support team was very helpful in answering my questions, even though I had to ask several times before they understood what exactly it would take from them as far as customization goes! We have been able to develop our BI Reporting Tool with some customizations that were not available out-of box (e.g., we wanted more flexibility when adding new fields).The system has helped us reduce development time by half or so compared to other platforms/frameworks which are much less flexible than this one but cost hundreds if not thousands per month depending upon their featureset. I like it that you can create your own custom workflows, templates or add-ons to make life easier in daily tasks within BI environments. It's quite easy to use but sometimes there are some features which could be made more user friendly (for example when adding new users). Try out this software if they have an offer! We needed something simple with good support from their customer service department during our transition into the product.
