I bought this radio in 2019. It's 2021 now. It was nothing but trouble. First, Bluetooth never worked on it. So I sent the original back and installed a new one. Same problem. I didn't want to run into problems again, so I decided to keep it to myself and use one of those bluetooth cigarette lighters. Well, I've been annoyed over the years that Bluetooth doesn't work with this thing, and I see this as a common problem that sellers don't have an answer for. Or refuse to answer when you approach. After spending 3 years with this radio I think I wouldn't hate POS if only it did what it was supposed to do. I tried resetting it. I had friends who tried. All. It just doesn't work with bluetooth. The radio works. Waze app sounds are working. There is no sound on YouTube. It's not Netflix. There is no Bluetooth. So it's something software related. Everything is updated.
