I am in love with this system. It was so easy to set up. Everything was set up and installed in just 30 minutes. We upgraded to live monitoring for $24.99 per month, but live monitoring is also available for $14.95, or you can choose not to use live monitoring. For our needs, we preferred the $24.99 monitor, so we went with that, but it's far from a requirement. The hub has a battery backup option and cellular backup. So if someone tries to hack it, if the power goes out or your lines are cut, you're still safe for up to 24 hours. We have a very large 5 bedroom house and the hub easily reaches all parts of the house even if we place it at the front door. It still reaches the opposite end and all corners of the house. The setup is very easy, as is the operation. It also came with a yard sign and window decals which is an added benefit and deterrent. We paid ADT over $70 a month. For $24.99 we get the same level of protection as this company and the hardware is just as good, if not better. Highly recommended.
