I bought this remote to control my Sirius Stratus 6 when it was docked and connected to the radio at work. It works. It also works with my manager's Sirius Sportster. This allows me to scroll channels up and down as well as select from my favorite 10 channels. That's exactly what I wanted. The price couldn't be better. 6.99 with free shipping?! The only downside to this little remote control is that it's small. The number pad covers the lower half of the remote from right to bottom, so pressing 7, 8, 9, or 0 for my favorite keys is a stretch for my thumb. I'm actually considering changing my most-used favorites to 1, 2, and 3 so they're easier to type. It has a volume control but it doesn't work because my boombox is not a Sirius product. Not expected, no problem. It uses a watch battery (included). Ease of installation. If you need a remote control to watch Sirius channels from a short distance, this is the one for you.
