Excellent product. Was looking for a cheap controller to get the job done and this one did exactly what it needed! The instructions were very easy. The installation took about 30 minutes, and that without a factory adapter. I have a towing package so the factory wiring was there but no adapter for the controller. I simply cut the wires and made insulated spade male to female connections for easy removal later if needed. Follow the instructions and setup is easy. Mine didn't need any adjustments. Just be careful - keep in mind where you decide to install it. I wear jeans to work, and when I get out of the car, my jeans (almost every time) bang on the handbrake lever. It has a [somewhat] sharp edge that loves clothes. No big deal, just a note. All in all a great product at a great price!
