Review on t28 by Paul Barnes

I like that it is easy to use, you can see all your information at once for any reservation in one place. It helps me keep track of my inventory very well. In addition, there are many reports provided with this software which provides great insight into performance issues or opportunities. There have been no major downsides as such but minor things may need improvement (like better customer support). We're using T-28 because we needed an advanced tool for our business intelligence needs - booking flights/hotels etc., tracking revenue & expenses by product category.
