Comfortable handle with easy grip and razor sharp knife right out of the box. I work in the kitchen and eat about 50 pounds of different vegetables a day and this knife has made my job so much easier. The blade is wide which makes it easy to scoop my veggies and also very heavy to work with solid food. All the versatility of a standard chef's knife, but despite the weight of a cleaver, it's the best of both worlds. The only reason this isn't a five star rating is that I got the 8 inch version instead of the 10 inch version. But I'm still very happy with them and I'm too lazy to take care of sending them back.👍
