Weld them with staples before installation. Does not come with nuts
After reading all the reviews about nuts chipping etc I did my due diligence and made sure I got the correct nuts from Lowes. I used a metric nut and lock washers because everyone else only unscrewed a few turns and then locked. I also tack welded the underside to avoid 'rotation' issues. No installation questions. Only 4 stars because it has to come with nuts.
