UPDATE 20170413 Still happy with small rig equipment. Years later it works great. Happy with their carbon rails. This is such a great product! I've spent a lot more for a lot less. This is now my main base for my fs7, replacing a much more frustrating and expensive build. My favorite feature of this base is that it easily attaches to the bottom of the camera with two screws to prevent twisting. It can be removed completely from the camera quickly and easily to change the tripod on the Glidecam. Smallrigs customer service is also top notch and they are quick to offer me a refund if I accidentally bought 2 of these. Love it so much I keep a second one for a spare/B rig. Thank you Kleinrig! I'll get more of your gear!
