My 8 year old jack is a bit old and tired so I decided to get a new one. Got a recommendation for this Powerbuilt jack and wanted to try it. I will share with you the pros and cons and why I like it so much. First of all, oh my god…. Revain 1 day ship is no joke. I ordered this item on my phone and it was delivered to my home no later than 24 hours later. YMMV but it's really fast shipping. The box that comes with Jack is pretty standard, I've shot an unboxing video of it for you to check out if you'd like. Everything is assembled except for the handle. It's almost ready to use after you unpack it. Pros: My personal favorite about this Jack is the unique saddle design. I can put a jack right underneath! It may not seem like much, but most modern cars have a one-piece frame. This means that the car has a limited number of jacking points that you can use to jack the car up. Now I can put the jack exactly where I need it! The general build quality is excellent, the jack moves easily and the oversized handle provides good leverage. The lifting height is very good. My old Master Jack was designed to lift an SUV and this one can lift even higher than my old one. So definitely a great pro if you own a truck or large SUV. Cons: Due to the unique design of the saddle, the base of the jack is wider. This means if your vehicle's jacking point is near the tire, it will be a bit more difficult to position the jack underneath. For me personally this is not a big minus, but people should know about it. This is a good quality tool, very well made which means it's not the cheapest jack you can find. If you only want or need to do an oil change every few months, then you might be better off just getting a car ramp and saving yourself some money. Overall I really like this jack, it's a high quality tool with unique features. I would recommend it to anyone who is making a car themselves and needs a quality jack.
